THE DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1995.

Makes it unlawful to discriminate on the grounds of disability when providing services, facilities, goods or employment. It is aimed at ending the discrimination that many people face whilst going about their every day lives. For someone who is hearing impaired, this means the ability to communicate effectively in any type of environment. This effects all of us in one way or another, as we all need to take into account how we can best offer our services to those who have a Hearing Impairment.

The act gives

• Disabled People New Rights that are backed up by legislation.
• Service Providers an obligation and legal duty to offer equal access to facilities
• A moral duty to address these obligations.
• A deadline of 1st. October 2004 for compliance.

An Infra Red Kit designed for Conference and Meeting Rooms. Supplied with a Uni Directional Boundary Microphone, Knuckle Joint, Wall Post, Power Supply and fitting accessories. Coverage area up to 400m²

An "Add On" slave radiator to the SZI-1015T which increases the coverage area per radiator added. Comes complete with a power supply, interconnection cables and fitting accessories. Each additional unit increases coverage area by 400m².

An "Add On" slave radiator to the SZI-1015T which increases the coverage area per radiator added. Comes complete with an upgraded power supply, interconnection cables and fitting accessories. Each additional unit increases coverage area by 800m².

An Stetoset Receiver designed for use with the radiators listed above. Primarily utilised by a non Hearing Aid wearers to hear a signal via the Infra Red Radiator.

An Neck Loop Receiver designed for use with the radiators listed above. Primarily utilised by a Hearing Aid wearer switched to the "T" position to hear a signal via the Infra Red Radiator.

A Domestic style battery charger specifically designed to charge upto 2 batteries simultaneously. Comes complete with power supply.

A Commercial style battery charger specifically designed to charge upto 10 Headsets simultaneously. Comes complete with power supply.

An Infra Red Care Kit. This is a small starter pack of accessories needed to clean and maintain an Infra Red System. Comprises 1 off Milton Fluid, 1 Cleaning Tub, 6 spare Latex ear tips and 20 Cleaning Wipes.
